The Crown Estate Scotland - Corporate Structure

When the Scottish government took control of all Crown Estates land north of the border, Crown Estate Scotland was formed to manage the assets on behalf of Scottish ministers.

Remit helped the new organisation to structure its business, re-specify services and outsource services and technology, while providing expertise and consultancy to support the change.

The Portman Estate – IT Support Procurement

The Portman Estate owns and manages a 110 acre estate of commercial and residential properties in London’s West End.

Hammerson - System Project Review

Remit’s approach to Project Management is collaborative – we work closely with the client and the supplier to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and with no surprises.

Qube Global Software launched this case study, which provides an in-depth review of the project to implement Horizon v.10 Rent and Service Charge modules in Hammerson. Remit’s role was to confirm the suitability of the product and to develop the business process specification. We acted as Programme Manager during the design stage and Technical Project Manager during implementation to bring in the project to time and budget.
