Charles is both a partner of SIAM and an Associate at Remit Consulting. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a specialist advisor on sustainability-related property issues.
Charles specialises in advising property investors on the financial implications of environmental issues and, in addition to advising leading UK fund managers and property companies, has also advised both the RICS and central government.
Recent projects Charles has conducted have included the development of practical ESG policies for a number of asset management organisations.
Neil, a qualified surveyor, has over 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate (CRE) field. He works at the interface between operational businesses and the corporate property teams often combining his interest in active travel.
Neil has specialist ESG experience in the field of alternative transport, writing for BCO, and running Remit’s annual ReTour events.
Five at Heart is a specialist in design and implementation of innovative cycling facilities.
