Active Travel
For many years, Remit Consulting has been an important voice in the conversation regarding active travel within the UK, undertaking research into the provision of end-of-journey facilities within commercial properties to explore how these can increase a portfolio’s value. This forum is the newest initiative for ReTour focused on this important topic for those involved in the commercial property sector and the wider built environment.
The forum is a opportunity for the real estate industry to hear from different guest speakers who are experts in their field and also raise issues they care about relating to active travel.
The most recent forum, hosted at FORE partnership in London, explored the intersection of active travel and real estate. Guest speaker Will Norman, London’s Walking and Cycling Commissioner, identified how and where there is room for positive change and, more importantly, why should we care as property folk.
