With a keen interest and expertise in ESG, Emily is always on hand to provide practical advice to clients wanting to improve their performance and credentials. She is responsible for the Property Asset Managers (PAM) forum at Remit, and her experience in managing a variety of projects makes her a valuable asset to any team.

SUE HANTMAN
Sue is a chartered accountant who joined the Remit team after being an associate for seven years. Sue is also a Prince2 Practitioner and has, over the years, gained vast experience in the structure of property management systems and business processes.

LORNA LANDELLS
Coming from the world of Corporate Real Estate, Lorna has previously been the principle property advisor to a host of household names. As a chartered surveyor, she brings to Remit not only her extensive network but a deep understanding of this specialist field.

ELIJAH LEWIS
Eli is responsible for data benchmarking at Remit. He is a highly analytical team member who presents complex data in a simple way, earning praise from clients and colleagues. His work with Property Managers helps him to predict and assess market changes and usefully recommend KPIs to clients.

NEIL WEBSTER
Neil is an expert in the built environment and, as a qualified surveyor, has a wealth of experience in public sector property matters. Neil heads up all of Remit Consulting’s active travel initiatives, becoming known as ‘Mr Bicycle’ within the firm.

Steph is a chartered surveyor by background and in her 12 years at Remit, she has helped clients to retender the property management services of more than £50 billion worth of assets. She is responsible for all non-technology services at Remit and continues to keep a finger on the pulse of industry changes.
