The Portman Estate – IT Support Procurement

The Portman Estate owns and manages a 110 acre estate of commercial and residential properties in London’s West End. 

Last year, the organisation decided to take a more strategic approach to its IT support services, and asked Remit Consulting to analyse its requirements and help it select a new IT support provider.

Hammerson - system project review

Remit’s approach to Project Management is collaborative – we work closely with the client and the supplier to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and with no surprises.

Qube Global Software launched this case study, which provides an in-depth review of the project to implement Horizon v.10 Rent and Service Charge modules in Hammerson. Remit’s role was to confirm the suitability of the product and to develop the business process specification. We acted as Programme Manager during the design stage and Technical Project Manager during implementation to bring in the project to time and budget.

Grosvenor - Facilities Management System Selection

Grosvenor are one of the major London Estates, managing a large residential portfolio of prime central London properties. In the Summer of 2013, the company was faced with a repairs and maintenance system that was no longer fit for purpose and it had just six weeks to find a replacement.
