REMark

Successful property management is dependent on a strong combination of People, Process and Technology - traditionally, there has been more focus on the People element, often leading to inconsistency and risks. There is no way to discover which property managers consistently achieve high standards of service except through anecdotal evidence and word of mouth.

REMark is an independent study into the performance of basic property management services undertaken by property management firms. The objective is to provide an ongoing picture on the basis of an annual survey of investors.

Survey respondents and their organisations will remain anonymous and participants will receive an individual report showing their portfolio and their property manager's performance benchmarked against aggregated responses.
