Andrew presented at Realcomm in the US on the preliminary findings of our survey - "Will UK Real Estate move offshore?" These early findings are summarised in a paper on our web site (Read) and they were adapted for a feature in the Estates Gazette in their 27th July edition.
Andrew's review of Realcomm appeared in the Estates Gazette on the 20th July (Read) and Melita's review (yes, they are different) appears in the current issue of Property Systems Review (Read)
Survey Update - Will UK Real Estate move offshore?
You may have seen that Cushman & Wakefield in the US have outsourced some of their research data collection to India. The preliminary results of our study into outsourcing and offshoring have been published (Read) and the full report with comparisons and case studies will be launched at the RICS towards the end of September - more details to follow.

We are delighted to be busy on some exciting projects. Over the past nine months, we have helped specify a pan European property system, reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the European systems market, facilitated agreement on service levels and measures for several property outsourcing contracts, reviewed IT service levels and advised on local authority asset management.
