All the keynote sessions were well attended but the first Breakfast Byte, Trends in Property Management, was packed out. The panel discussed the emerging players in the property management market, an update on PISCES, e-procurement and reporting.

Andrew's presentation from the Breakfast Byte session and Melita's from the Outsource/ Offshore seminar are on our website.

Our business card prize draw - for a Sony PSP - was won by Paul Bagust at the RICS. Congratulations, Paul, we hope you enjoy it.

Remit also hosted a closed workshop session with the Estates Gazette discussing the role of the CIO in property. The session was attended by both business managers and IT professionals and produced some lively debate. The workshop will be the subject of an EG feature in the next few weeks.
