Equity Office Properties have increased their tenant retention from 48% to 60% by improving their back office processes. Given that this is across a 122million sq.ft. portfolio, the numbers are staggering.
This was just one of the case studies aired at Realcomm in the US this month and shows that technology is having a profound effect on the way that property businesses can be run. My short review of the conference was published in the Estates Gazette.
