Each year we carry out an IT benchmarking survey to look at how much property organisations are spending on IT, together with further information on technology trends, outsourcing, types of software procurement, and so on.
The objective is to allow survey respondents to easily compare current spending and IT usage against industry peers. Respondents include many of the leading property services firms, fund managers and property companies.
Now in its 6th year, this is to our knowledge, the only regular review of the way property firms approach their IT support.
2011 Survey
It's not a long survey - 10 minutes should see it finished. The data you provide will remain confidential and we'll send you a short report including an analysis of the findings against your own data to thank you for taking part.
The brief set of questions covers;
• IT costs
• Level of outsourced services
• What software is used in the business
• How software is procured
• Other IT trends - social media, cloud services, and for the first time, use of tablet computers
If you would like to take part, our 2011 survey is online here.
| We will be donating £10 to our favourite charity Guide Dogs for the Blind for each survey response we receive this year. |
