Our recent transactions include: - Financing a German residential portfolio through a securitised club loan of 477 million Euros for a large asset management company - Arranging a credit facility of 140 million Euros for a project developer (focused on residential real estate) - Placing a150 million Euro CMBS (AAA-rated) for a Dutch institutional property investor.
