We are independent. In respect of IT, finance and outsourcing projects, we do not receive any benefit from selecting a particular solution other than from our direct client. We do not have a team of consultants trained in any particular IT solution waiting for a selection to be completed; neither do we have partner relationships with suppliers or banks.

We keep our clients' information confidential. We are fortunate to work for many of the real estate industry's leading companies in Europe and the information given to us by clients remains with us. We recognise that we would not have a business without this principle.

We strive for transparency. Our fees are an open book, and in projects, we tell clients what we see, not always what they would like to hear.

We know that our clients require depth of understanding and knowledge about the issues on which we advise. We will continue to invest time and money in research to support this.

We believe in applying the 'So what?' test. If we make a statement, it must be relevant and support our advice.

We like being challenged. If a problem looks difficult to solve, it brings out the best in us.
